This company was established to utilize our expertise and experience in obtaining your satisfaction for a proper valuation project at a competitive cost and in a timely fashion.  I have observed, in my 20 plus years of conducting these studies, that there is an order to a client’s requirements.  The first is speed / timing, followed by cost and finally, the ability to properly support the work conducted.

As one of the first of few women to obtain the American Society of Appraisers senior designation in machinery and equipment, I have obtained the knowledge of what the client’s needs may be. Our goal at AVS is to provide professional valuation services to all our current and future clients.

All of the professionals at Asset Valuation Source are experienced appraisers responsible for the organization, implementation and production of any appraisal project and are certified and/ or accredited by the American Society of Appraisers.

Our Company provides professional services at a reasonable cost and stands behind our work. It is our additional goal to maintain continuing education for all AVS appraisers and implement that education into the work performed.
